We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay for a smooth and secure checkout.

 

🛍 How do I place an order?

Just choose your favorite design, select your size, and head to checkout. You’ll get an order confirmation via email once it’s placed.

 

⏳ How long does it take to receive my order?

Each item is made to order just for you. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus shipping time (typically 3–5 days in the U.S.).


📦 Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled through our trusted print partners and ship from U.S. facilities to get to you as quickly as possible.

 

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping rates and times will vary depending on your location.


🔄 Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each piece is custom made, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email us ASAP at staysha@kukapacompany.com.

 

đź‘• How do I know what size to order?

A size guide is included on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and we’ll help you find the right fit.


❌ Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all items are made-to-order, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. 

A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reportedl within 30 days of product delivery, along with your order ID and required photo proof. 

If there’s an issue, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
